Order collection from resellers through field force.

Many customers/resellers in Indonesia still prefers to order through field force who visit their stores on a regular basis. That is why we also still maintain a large field force in order to maintain a competitive edge for our principals

Order fulfillment

Once the orders are received and approved after credit and stock checks, our people in our warehouse pick the orders and send to customers. For customer within the city perimeters we provide one day order-to-receipt cycle time.

Most of customers, especially the stand alone pharmacies will only pay us if we come and collect the payment, either in form of cash or cheque. In order for us to pay or principals on time we need to maintain a large number of field payment collectors.

Many of our principals required us to provide them detailed sales data on a daily basis. They are using this mainly for marketing analysis purposes. We are able to customize our reports to each of our principal requirement.

We also provide other customized services which our principals need at a competitive cost.
